We have two membership models. Both models are identical in function,
with the exception being that the shared desk model does not include a dedicated desk.

Grab any desk in the common area, bring your device, pick a seat, and get to work. Also includes unlimited tea and coffee, High Speed Internet, 24x7 Kitchen and fair use of our Conference Rooms and scanning and printing facilities.
$ 299/mo* (~$69 per week)
Your own dedicated desk, leave everything where it is. Includes unlimited tea and coffee, High Speed Internet, 24x7 Kitchen and fair use of our Conference Rooms and scanning and printing facilities.

How is it so affordable?
Synergize Hub is a member run organisation, which means the majority of the work to keep the organisation going is done by its membership on a volunteers basis. In order to be a member of the hub, its expected that you too will chip in and help out.
Is there a commitment period?
We have a minimum 6 month commitment with all new Hubstars as there is a lot of time and energy that goes into making you feel at home in your new coworking space.
How and when is the rent paid?
We recommend you set up a monthly direct deposit into our bank account on the 20th of each month to ensure your membership remains valid.
What is the Hub 'Fair Use' clause
The fair use is a way of ensuring that we share the resources of the hub equally. For example, we don’t stop people from printing as much as they like, but we will ask that you help pay for some of the costs if your printing if you are printing a lot of colour or a lot of copies regularly.
